Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction as well as business continuity. Please contact us with any questions.

1. General

We have a simple refund policy:


1. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have downloaded or opened the files.


2. If you have already downloaded and opened the files, we assume you have saved them and are now a consumer or have used them. Refunds are no longer allowed. 


3. If you wait more than 7 days to request a refund, even if the files are not downloaded or opened, we will not process any refunds due to currency conversions and multiple payment processor involvement.

2. Exceptions

We understand things happen. We have had users that misunderstood these were for Procreate only and were unable to use them - in these limited cases we have worked with them to process partial or full refunds. 

Exceptions are on a case by case basis and will require you to contact support.

3. Chargebacks

If you attempt or complete a chargeback against us for the add-ons, we will kill the licensure. This will ensure that the brushsets and stencils can stop working at a future date when you connect your device to the internet with how our licensure system works. You will also not be able to access the file downloads again. 

4. Misuse & Distribution

Notwithstanding the above, if you are found to be misusing the add-ons by selling them or distributing them, your access will be removed without a refund and we will begin legal proceedings. 

The tools take our developers around 20-30 minutes per brush to create depending upon setup. With 1200+ add-ons included, this is quite a bit of work to have stolen.
