How long does it take to get my order?

You'll get your files extremely fast, typically within 5 minutes. If you do not get an e-mail please let us know, as sometimes e-mail providers block them and we must send you the files manually.

Can I use these for commercial projects?

Of course! Anything you create is yours, as are the fees you collect. You cannot sell or distribute the brushes, however. They are proprietary and trademarked. 

What if I have problems with my download/import/usage?

Please reach out to us. We regularly work with our customers on how to download, unzip, and import these files into software.

I'm not satisfied with the product. Can I get a return?

Our return policy is pretty straightforward and outlined more in depth on its own page here, but no. If you have downloaded the files, returns are typically not possible. If you feel you have a special case, please reach out to us and we can discuss it. 

If you made a purchase but have not downloaded or opened the files (we can see that information) then we can refund your purchase and kill your license.

What device do I need to use your add-ons?

This depends on the version you've downloaded. If you have our Procreate set from InkMasters, you need Procreate, which is Appl/iOS only. This site has the Windows and Android versions - made for Photoshop, InfiniteStudio, and Fresco. Your device must be up to date with one of those softwares. 

If you have another digital art software that can accept .pngs and .abr brushsets, you can attempt the import but we cannot guarantee the process will work as these brushes were designed 1.) for Proceate and 2.) ported to PF, FR, and IS.

The files are anywhere from 30MB (Starter) to 1.7GB (Premium) in their compressed form so ensure you have enough space on your device for the download.
